Trust me, you DO NOT want to come here.

1st Day Of School

Today is my 1st day of school. While some Sec 1 students strolled in at 7.15 am, I was there already. Almost a hour ago. (Kiasuism from my parents...) There, at 1 of the corridors, I made my first friend-Lin Zhen.

During flag-raising, I noticed a familiar face in my class. It was my ex-Head Prefect, Gary! Not very much of a coincidence, but I question: Why is he here? We were at loggerheads since the start of Primary 1, and it didn't get better when he became the Prefect he didn't deserve. But still...

Then, we entered our classrooms. I made friends with another girl-Liting, who is also my table-mate. (Do you know that they lock their classroom doors everytime we go out? I feel it's very sickening.)

After all this, we had some talks which were quite boring, frankly. Only the CIP involvement talk was fun. Oh, and the discipline talk too! The teacher-in-charge was really funny.

At recess, I made another friend, still a girl. I hung around, looking for secret passages out of the school and spying on 2 boys. Turns out, there's a secret water-cooler near 1 of the Sec 1 classrooms. I must be 1 of the only Sec 1s to know about this!

We had some games, and the SLs in charge of us took us for a tour around the school. There's a shooting range, lots of labs and cool stuff. But they won't let us see inside. X.X In the hot sun, we were melting. Until 2 of the boys-Lewis and Joshua found that they could open the door of the air-conditioned Band Room. We had some air-con(ahh) and the Sec 4s there did some advertising about their CCA.
Soon, we were at the 6th floor, looking down at the now-tiny Parade Square. I had vertigo. This guy-Austin snapped something bag and we had a very profound English quarrel. We warmed up, and he became my friend. Turns out, both of us have a tendacy to give dumb names to our Pokemon sprites!

So, I made quite a lot of friends nad rekindled the old flame of enemity between myself and Gary. This is, well, my first day of school.
